RE: REGISTRATION
Registration will be held on FRIDAY EVENING, MAY 22, 2009, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the FARMINGTON MARRIOTT in Farmington, Connecticut. This is the only time and place to register for our tournament!
Please bring the following items with you at this time:
1. Medical Forms for each team member;
Player Passes / ID Cards;
Official Roster;
Permission to Travel, if your club requires one.
Team contact form.
Final Tournament Schedules and a diagram of our fields will be waiting for you at registration (a preliminary schedule will be mailed earlier). All games are to be played at Fisher Field in Avon. Each participant will be receiving a Tournament patch and please remember, TEAMS WILL EXCHANGE TEAM PATCHES WITH EACH OPPONENT AFTER EACH GAME.
Just a quick reminder: Tournament shirts will be available at registration as well as during the tournament.
Food will be available from approximately 7:30AM to 5:00PM.
PLEASE USE THE TRASH RECEPTACLES. WE WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOUR PLAYERS AND PARENTS HELPED TO KEEP THE AREA CLEAN.
The Lost & Found station is located at the Officials Table.
